Rooted in Respect Camp Registration Form

Join our youth-led camp and learn from Indigenous and Non-Indigenous teachers about different aspects of local food systems and how food is used as medicine by local nations.

Activities may include: collaborative discussion, harvesting seasonal foods, making bannok, jam, and more!

We'll learn and share perspectives about the history of violence and present day realities of colonization and how it has impacted the lands and bodies of Indigenous peoples and everyone living in these territories.

We'll work together to design creative social actions that work to end colonial violence and create respectful relationships with each other and the land.

Sign up and be part of this amazing project that will create youth-led change in our community!
