2025 Resurgence Fund Application
The Resurgence Fund was  created in order to provide financial support to a variety of
community groups so they can host their own event or lead an initiative. 

Events taking place anytime throughout the year, including during the Pride Winnipeg
Festival, are eligible for funding through the Resurgence Fund. Funding is limited up to a maximum of $750 per community group per year.

The goal of the Resurgence Fund is to help increase the visibility of socially excluded
groups and to promote diversity and inclusiveness among our 2SLGBTQ+ community.
