Welcome to Emmanuel Calisthenics. We are delighted that you are interested in joining our new NeuroKind Cali class.

Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian performing arts sport that combines dance, singing, gymnastics, ballet, marching and apparatus work. It builds confidence, develops new skills and fosters lifelong friendships.

In Term 3, we are excited to launch NeuroKind Cali, a recreational class designed specifically to make calisthenics more accessible for neurodivergent participants aged 5 - 10 years. This program will focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive and flexible environment where participants can develop skills at their own pace, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a team. We recognise that every child is unique and we aim to provide support and help them thrive.

We are proud to continue fostering innovation, inclusion and a sense of belonging within the calisthenics community.

Classes are will be held on Mondays from 5:30 - 6:15pm.
