The New York Association of Pretrial Service Agencies (NYAPSA) is an organization of professionals who are dedicated to the advancement of pretrial release services and community-based, non-incarcerative alternatives for the disposition of criminal cases. Through its statewide Board of Directors, NYAPSA provides advocacy and education, hosts conferences on pretrial and alternatives to detention and the sharing of relevant information.  At our annual conferences, NYAPSA addresses pressing pretrial issues, State-wide standards and any amendments to the law.
