All team members must answer the questions and together form a picture of the agile environment. The team can use the result to implement improvements.

No matter which state an agile team is in; the basic philosophy is that the team must continuously improve. This applies to the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers as well as to the stakeholders around. These are, for example, the management, other associated employees, customers, and business partners. The term Team will be used in the broadest possible sense in the questions.

You must give honest answers to ensure the best possible development for yourself and the team. The answers are shared without specifying who answered what.
