Introduction

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are widely used by more than 1 million organisations globally to drive quality improvements and environmental sustainability. In Singapore, some 8,000 organisations, big and small, and from a diverse range of sectors are certified to these nationally adopted standards.

SS ISO 9001 and SS ISO 14001 enable organisations to put in place structured management systems for quality and the environment. These revised standards offer users the opportunity to integrate their quality and environmental approaches as they are aligned to a common structure. They will help organisations build trust in their products and services, be more efficient, reduce cost, satisfy stakeholders’ requirements, be more environmentally friendly and gain market access.

This seminar will help participants understand the key changes in SS ISO 9001:2015 and SS ISO 14001:2015, and prepare for the transition to these standards.
