EASI Induction Program Registration
The EASI is a digital learning and accreditation platform for company managers and trainers for their suppliers on ethics in their supply chains. The EASI program in Ghana is a joint partnership between the Ethics Institute and UN Global Compact Network Ghana.

The Content

The content has been developed to align with the requirements of the supplier codes of conduct of a number of large organisations.  It also aligns with the requirements of the United Nations Global Compact – an international standard on ethical business practices.

The Purpose

The purpose is to provide an introduction to make participants aware of the material issues for their own companies. The interactive content allows us to cover a lot of content in a short space of time.  The entire course – including assessment – should take between two and three hours to complete.

Company wanting to train suppliers

We generally find that large companies pay for their suppliers to undergo the training. Companies can get discounts for training a larger number of suppliers.

Supplier wanting to become accredited

As an SME you may want more clarity of the ethical requirements of your business.  There is also the additional advantage that, if you are accredited, some supporting organisations will not require you to undergo additional training on ethical standards.
