The assignment for all Physical Education students from Secondary 1 to Secondary 5 is simple.
You need to spend 50 minutes exercising and or writing about a topic of your choice as many times as you wish until we get back in class together.
Minimum log book entries (2 times for the 2 weeks)

Enter your First name and LAST NAME
Select your grade level from the list for the 2020-2021 school year.
SECONDARY 3 - WOPT
Select your age from the list for TODAY.
Write about your healthy breaks today. You can LOG any of your healthy breaks throughout May 17-28. It can be about sleep time, healthy nutrition and any type of exercising, working out or playing outdoor. Write full sentences and give details.
