New England Art Book Fair 2025 Vendor Application Form
September 5th (5-9) & 6th (11-4)
SPACE Gallery, 538 Congress St., Portland, Maine

The application deadline for this year’s fair is July 11th, 2025 by 11:59pm. Notifications will be sent out on July 21st, 2025.

All application forms will be reviewed by the NEABF team. Space at the fair is limited and we cannot guarantee participation.

For the best chance of acceptance please consider the following criteria:

-Books!: This is a book fair therefore we are looking for art in the form of a book. Some other ephemera is welcome however we are looking for books to be the star of your table.
-Artistic Merit: As with most art applications we’re looking for quality work. In particular we look at the physical making of the books as well as the content.
-Ease of Information: Everyone on our team goes through each application individually, looking at the links and photos and reading the information you provide. If it’s difficult for us to actually view your work it becomes impossible for us to give your work the attention it requires. A nice concise way for us to view and take in you information goes a long way.

The NEABF will only use your contact information for fair related contact and will never share you personal information because this is a book fair and we’re not weirdos.
