CE PTO - Volunteer Interest Form
The CE PTO is looking for volunteers for the 2025-2026 school year. Many of our events will not be possible without volunteers. We welcome parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts/uncles, community members, etc.!

Please note that filling out this form does not mandate you to volunteer. We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we respect your time commitments. Instead, this form is intended to create a list of names we can reach out to when our events get closer. It allows us to gauge interest and ensure we can coordinate and plan effectively.

Humble ISD volunteers make a significant contribution to the education of children. Each school year, thousands of volunteers donate hundreds of thousands of hours of service to the school district.

The first step is completing a short online volunteer application. As a part of this process, a background check is completed and within 72 hours, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your application.

You must complete and be approved through Humble ISD in order to volunteer for Centennial Elementary.
