2020/2021 Nomination Form
The PTSA Nominating Committee is now accepting nominations for the following Executive Officer positions for next year’s PTSA Executive Committee. We welcome all nominations and will strive to create a diverse and balanced roster of applicants that accurately represents our school’s demographic. Our goal is to see that every parent has a voice on our PTSA and is given the chance to become actively involved in enriching the educational opportunities at our school. You may nominate as many candidates as you choose; however, you must use a separate form for each recommendation.

Executive Positions
President- Presides over all meetings of the PTSA, attends local conventions/training, coordinates the work of the officers and the committee/s, signs checks with the treasurer and helps prepare the budget.

1st Vice President- 8th Grade Bash Planning and Memory Book organizing incoming orders and delivery/pick up. Helping 2nd VP with events.

2nd Vice President-  Hospitality- Teacher and Staff Appreciation.Dances

Secretary-  Records the minutes of all meetings, maintains a permanent file of the minutes, committee reports, membership lists and any other records relating to the work of the PTSA. Conducts and maintains a file of all correspondences, sends notices of all meetings, sends email correspondence to members, coordinates PTSA coverage at various events.

Treasurer- Have custody of all PTSA funds, keep accurate account of receipts and expenditures, prepare budget for approval, present Treasurer's Report at all meetings, keep records and pays State and National Dues, pays insurance, submit all financial recorders to auditor for annual examination, file forms to IRS, keep President informed of all financial transactions.

Non-Executive Positions
Deposit Coordinator- Deposit all funds received on a weekly basis to our local bank.

School Store Coordinator- Take inventory, pick up inventory from store, restock shelves

Volunteer Coordinator- Gather volunteers for morning, lunch, after school and evening events. Work with the 2nd VP on event planning and with the School Store Coordinator.
