Accordingly, all journal content may be accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, and linked without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided that such use is consistent with the journal's licensing terms.

Authors retain the copyright to their published works, while granting the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, archive, and disseminate the articles in print and electronic formats.
