1) Pick up the transcript in the Guidance Office at F.D. Roosevelt High School during school hours. (NOTE: ID will be required to enter the building and pick up the transcript.
2) Mail the transcript to the address that you provide.
3) Fax the transcript to the number that you provide. (UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT ONLY)
4) E-mail the transcript to the e-mail address that you provide. (UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT ONLY)
