Wellington Cosplay Photo Fest 2021 - Cosplayer and Photographer Registration
To register your interest for Wellington Cosplay Photo Fest, please complete this form. We take participant's privacy very seriously - phone contact will be used only in the event we cannot contact you in any other way, email addresses may be shared with other event participants to facilitate shoot scheduling however we try to use social media in the first instance. Event runs Feb 6th-8th 2021.

I understand I will be randomly paired with two (2) photographers / four (4) cosplayers throughout the event, but am free to organise additional shoots through the participants group *
I am willing and able to take on additional random assignments if necessary due to registrant numbers (organisers will contact participants to request this if needed) *
I understand that the event organisers will assign shoot partners in the lead-up to the event, and that further organisation and communication of all shoot details is my responsibility *
I understand that submission of this form does not guarantee participation in the event - while the organisers make every effort to include as many people as possible, it is necessary to ensure that there is a suitable ratio of cosplayers to photographers taking part and that the event does not exceed 100 participants *
I understand and accept that all random shoot assignments arranged by event organisers are to be organised before scheduling any other shoots, and that all reasonable efforts will be made to fulfil this requirement before contacting organisers for assistance *
I understand and agree that as a photographer taking part in the event, I am required to contact my models within 2 weeks of the event to arrange image selection/provide first edits, with all edits to be completed within 3 months of the event. If this is not possible, I am required to keep in contact with my models regarding when they can expect their images. I understand that failure to do so may result in a ban from future events. *
We take the safety of event participants very seriously, and as such may seek testimonials or general feedback on applicants' professionalism and working style from other relevant organisations. By submitting this form I acknowledge and consent to this information being sought by the WCPF organisers as required. Any information provided to us is kept strictly confidential and used only to inform decisions on participant registration. *
I confirm that I have read and understood the rules as outlined on the event website at cosplayphotofest.com and agree to abide by them for the duration of the event and in all my interactions with other event participants, and that breach of these rules may result in my removal from the event and/or a ban from taking part in future events *
