Camp Fee: $165 (Registration ends May 19) 

Camp fees include a camp T-shirt and a drawstring spike bag. Please fill out this registration form (1 form per participant) with all required information. All questions require an answer so if at any point you do not have an answer for the question being asked, simply type "n/a" or "none" in the space provided. NOTE: If our morning session gets too large we may open a second afternoon session, so please be aware when filling out this form to specify which session you would prefer in the event that we would need to split and have two sessions - morning and/or afternoon, but be advised, sessions are on a first come first serve basis, so you may not get the session you chose on this form. You will be informed through email if there will be two sessions.

Please be advised that 11 year olds (kids typically going into the 6th grade) can choose to attend the elementary aged camp or they can choose to attend the middle/high school aged camp, depending on your opinion on where they might be in their athletic progression. We would encourage the elementary aged camp for any 11 year old new to the sport of track & field.

Should the need arise to create two sessions, would you prefer to attend the morning session 8:30am-12:30pm (or) the afternoon session 2:30pm-6:30pm? Sessions are on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified through email if two sessions are required. (If two sessions are not required, the camp will proceed as planned 8:30am-12:30pm). Morning and afternoon groups will be combined on Saturday for the speed meet starting at 9:00am. *
