Application for a $10,000.00 Stipend to Create and Adopt an Open Educational Resource
Below is an application for a $10,000 stipend to create and adopt an Open Educational Resource (OER). Please answer the prompts with as much specificity as possible. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the ZTC implementation team.  If your application is accepted, you will be sent a contract with a timeline, and performance obligations. The OER adoption must be sustained in at least one course section for five years. All performance obligations will relate to the OER creation and adoption process. You may need to make significant alterations to the course so that it aligns with the newly created OER. You will also be required to complete all aspects of OER creation, including drafting, editing, and finalizing an OER that is licensed Creative Commons, accessible, and suitable for use by community college students. The OER must be approved by the ZTC implementation team. The ZTC implementation team will create and promulgate a rubric for this purpose.
