After School Clubs, Session E: April 16 to May 25
A one-stop form for all the details and registration for the second session of classes and clubs at Centennial. Simply read the descriptions and note the dates and age ranges for the club(s) you wish to join. Please enter your contact information and your student's information. The schedule is posted on the Centennial website under the After School tab.
General information for all clubs:

* Payment link! You can now pay for clubs using this link. Please make sure you put the school in the information area! Let me know if there are any issues or questions.

* Clubs are first come, first serve and open to all of the Centennial community. You will be notified by email if you have a place in the club or are on a wait list within 48 hours.
* You will need to fill out a registration form once a year, please note any important information on this form such as a serious allergy or accommodations.
* Students who attend clubs go to the cafeteria right after the bell for a snack at 3:45. Clubs start at 4 and end at 5:00 unless otherwise noted. Pick up is in the front lobby. The club locations are posted daily in the lobby.
* If your child has a sports club please send them with good shoes, they can take time to change shoes or clothes after school if needed.
* To contact Ms. Anne during after-school club time you can call my cell phone at 720-692-7983. If it is after 3 then cell phone is better than email.

Another session of Spanish with Ms. Lourdes. Each session has a show out at the end of 6 weeks. On Tuesdays again from April 17th to May 20th. $60 for 6 weeks.

Ooze and Goos Take 2: Mr. Justin will be running this popular program one more time. Make slimes, goos and everything sticky. Priority is for students who did not participate in the other session. Mondays for K-2nd graders. (no fee)

Traditional Martial Arts! On Tuesdays with local Meiyo studio. The instructors teach a traditional southern Chinese style of martial arts. Open to ages 5 and up for only $15 per month for youth and $20 per month for adult. The start date is still to be determined.

Art for Life: K-2nd grade! The talented artists with Art for Life are doing this session with 3rd - 5th graders. Challenge yourself in building art skills.
