MSTCA Athlete Hall of Fame Nomination Form
The MSTCA would like to honor those outstanding athletes who competed at an exceptional level. We started this process when we opened Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center. The only way we will remember who these individuals were is from you and the rest of your colleagues.  Search your mind for awhile and come up with a name. The individual does not have to be one you coached. Look over the criteria and see if they fit.

You can also contact Bob L'Homme By Oct 1st. You can also mail a word document or Pdf File. We always love to see High School photographs or Clippings.
