PhysCon 2019: Chapter Showcase Registration
PhysCon 2019 will feature a new event called “Breaking Boundaries” on Saturday, November 16, 2019, from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM. This event is focused on promoting SPS chapters from across the country. The goal is for students to visit with and learn from one another, while finding ways to improve their individual chapters. Each chapter has its own unique culture, and the aim of this session is to share ideas and items that other chapters can incorporate at their own institutions.

Registration for the PhysCon 2019 Chapter Showcase opens Friday, March 1st and runs through Friday, October 11th. Through this registration form, your chapter can reserve table space for the "Chapter Showcase." You are encouraged to bring items that represent your chapter and its culture. Examples and ideas of what to present are provided at the website below. Giveaway items and activities to share with other chapters are encouraged (e.g., outreach manuals, fundraising guides, pins, stickers/stamps, t-shirts, etc.).

Each Chapter will receive an eight (8) foot skirted table with two (2) chairs in the Exhibit Hall.
Table location will be assigned by the organizing committee.
Set up for the event is 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM on Saturday, November 16th.
Please note: We encourage you to be creative with the use of batteries and individual hotspots for your display. Electricity and internet access for individual tables is not available.

Visit the PhysCon website for ideas on what to bring to the chapter showcase:
