ENG5002 17S2 Presentation Submission Form

1 Person:
- In general, the Team Facilitator (the one submitted the team registration form) should be the one in charge of this submission, and of course, s/he can negotiate with other members to make the submission.

1 Deadline:
- Must submit before 1200 one day before the class starts, otherwise won't be counted, so the one making the submission is very important

1 Link:
- For In-class presentations (<5 mins): In Google Slides, click "File => Publish to the web", under Link tab, click "Publish". You will see an URL address, copy and paste it for submission. It must remain open after submission, otherwise won't be counted.

- For Video presentations (<10 mins): Copy and paste the URL link to the Youtube video. Please make sure the settings are open for public viewing after submission, otherwise won't be counted.

- One quick way to check if the above links are published for public viewing: test these links by open your browser in Private/Incognito Mode and see if they can be viewed normally. This is important as others will use this link to mark your presentation.

1 PDF:
- Both Video and Inclass Presentations must prepare a Google Slide during presentation. And you need to submit a PDF version of it before deadline. Please go to Google Slide: click "File => Download as => PDF" and use it for submission.

Suggestions:
- Rename your PDF and Google Slide as "Wk#-Group#Team#-Video/Inclass", i.e. Wk3-Adam1-Video, Wk5-Beth5-Inclass.
- You must use your Monash Account to create the Google Slides to create your presentation
- This is a team effort and it doesn't matter who presents, but more about what is presented
