Advertisements in the Convention Program
All advertisement copy must be received print-ready. Email advertising copy to exhibits@txsha.org in high-resolution jpg, eps, or pdf file format. The deadline for inclusion in the On-Site Convention Program is February 1.

An electronic, digital mailing list (excluding email addresses) of the entire TSHA membership of over 5,500 individuals is available for purchase year round, but offered at a significant discount to Convention exhibitors! The digital mailing list will be sent via email.

Terms, Conditions, and Rules
All companies and their representatives are subject to the Terms, Conditions, and Rules as outlined on the exhibitor page of the TSHA website: www.txsha.org and are responsible for knowing, and abiding by, the information outlined.
Signature Confirmation
All sponsorships and advertisements are subject to approval and review by TSHA. I agree that my company will abide by all requirements, restrictions, & obligations described in the TSHA 2018 prospectus, plus all Display Guidelines, Exhibitor Services instructions, Exhibitor Action Bulletins and TSHA Policies & Procedures posted at txsha.org. Furthermore my company will abide by any future changes to these documents, and new relevant documents, after being informed by e-mail sent to the contact person identified above, or to a different contact person if TSHA is informed of the change. I fully acknowledge, accept, and agree to abide by the Deposit and Payment Policy and the Cancellation Policy as outlined in the Application to Exhibit. I acknowledge that TSHA 2018 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject this Application. This application form shall become a binding contract once it is accepted and an invoice is issued.
