Sponsor Partners Presentation Proposals
Sponsor Partners Conference Proposals are now open.

There are approximately 10 partner session for ACPE sponsors. We have over 60 sponsors signed up making this opportunity very competitive. The Board makes that the decision on which proposals will have the greatest impact to our members.

This form will close March 1. The ACPE Board will review & approve proposals by April 5. All sponsors will be notified the week of April 8th. Pre-conference session selection is at the sole discretion of the ACPE Board and decisions are final.


1. All seminars will be one hour in length. They will be scheduled on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 between 1:30 and 5:00 p.m.

2. Even though sponsors can make multiple submissions, it is unlikely that more than one session will be awarded per sponsorship.

3. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria.

* The sponsor has fully paid their sponsorship invoice. If not, the proposal will not be forwarded to the Board.

* Sponsorship level

* Innovative idea or product

* Relevance to current K-12 needs

* Seminar includes a district partner who is/will be registered to attend and they agree to be a part of the presentation.
