Exhibitor Space Contract

Space is sold on a priority basis. Existing vendors have first right of refusal for their space at each show. If no space is currently available, we will add you to the shows wait list, in order of contracts received. By filling out a contract, you are not guaranteed space until we contact you for payment. Location and size determines price.

  • Exhibitor agrees that the space rented will be used for the purpose of buying and selling hobby related collectibles. 
  • Luckys Promotions LLC, Vincent Balisky, the show venues and its employees assume no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Additionally, the aforementioned indemnify themselves against any unforeseen incidents or acts of God, war, terrorism or viruses that might cause the show to be cancelled. 
  • Exhibitor agrees to abide by all show rules, policies, and procedures and to accept the responsibility for the compliance of the same by all members of his/her party throughout the course of the show.  Untitled Section

How would you like to pay for your set-up? *

A minimum deposit of $100 per table or booth is required to hold the space. Complete payment will be due no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the show or your deposit and space is subject to forfeiture.

Badges are provided for vendors working the show ONLY. They are not for friends, or customers and are non-transferable. Each Vendor will receive (2) Badges for their first Booth or Table and (1) additional Badge for each additional Booth or Table at the show, if needed. 

If you need Electric or Back-Up Tables for your set-up, please contact our office to reserve as early as possible. 

*All exhibitors are required to pay all applicable sales tax to the New York and/or Massachusetts Dept. of Revenue.
