School Change Request Form (2020-21)
Complete this form by October-31st if you wish to request that your child/children be transferred to a different school for the 2020-2021 school year. You must submit one form for each child you are requesting to transfer. Requests received after the deadline will be added to the waiting list, but will have a lower priority than requests received on time.

Please note the following timeline:

• by June 30th: In the event that space becomes available that meets your request, we will conduct a lottery for students requesting that space.

• In June & July: If your child is selected in the lottery, we will notify you by email. At that time you will have 3 calendar days to respond to our offer, after which the space may be offered to the next family on the waiting list that is created in the lottery.

• In August: If space becomes available for your child, we will notify you by email. At that time you will have 1 calendar day to respond to our offer, after which the space may be offered to the next family on the waiting list that is created in the lottery.

• September 30th: After this date students will not be transferred until the following school year.
