1.1 When you complete filling out the information on this page and submitting information, you must wait until a notification page appears saying that you have successfully sent your request
1.2 Check your email settings to see if they are set to block outside communications. If there is, you may need to unblock it
1.3 Make sure to check which email address you used to register and or check that the spelling of letters is correct. (Some of you have multiple email accounts and may be confused)
1.4 Check junk/spam email whether there are emails sent from “ECMS” or not
1.5 Click “Report not spam” or “It’s not junk” to allow emails from us to access your regular email
1.6 If not found in junk/spam email, please type “ECMS” in the email search box and search to see if it is found or not
