Please fill out by MAY 16TH.  This audition form is for Thr!ve (PreCo & Company) only, if you are auditioning for another team, please fill out the associated audition form for that team.  Don't forget to bring $25 (cash preferred) for each audition you will be attending.

Work Weeks are set between July 28th-August 17th, are you available for the majority of this timeframe?  

You will receive a google drive conflict calendar in your acceptance email to add any conflicts that will need to be scheduled around.

What day(s) will you be available for your team photoshoot?

STDC will host a photoshoot for our competition dancers.  A sign up will be sent out to choose a 5-minute time slot on one of the days you select.

The photos will be posted on the studio wall as well as on our website and used on social media throughout the season.  The photoshoot is no additional cost, but the photos will be available for you to purchase if you wish, directly through the photographer.

What optional classes would you like to be enrolled in for the fall? 

This will help us complete your fall schedule when we're scheduling your other required classes and rehearsals. *Not all classes are available for all age groups, see fall preview for more information or select all that interest you and we will place you as we see fit.
What time can you be at the studio during the school year? 

Please list any known or expected weekly conflicts, once the fall schedules are made it can be difficult to shift things around.

If you are already on a STDC team, do you need a new warmup jacket? 

It will be the same style that was required for the 2024-25 season.) This will help us customize your fee schedule.

Do you have any CONVENTION scholarships from the current dance season? 

If you have a convention scholarship, please list the following information for each one:
1. The competition/convention company name
2. What kind of scholarship you received 
3. Which city you received the scholarship 

You can also turn in paper scholarships at auditions, be sure to write your name on them before dropping off at the front desk. This will help us customize your fee schedule.
Do you have any COMPETITION scholarships from the current dance season? 

If you have a competition scholarship, please list the following information for each one:
1. The competition company name
2. What the scholarship is for 
3. The scholarship # (if applicable)
