Artisan & Prepared Foods Programs with Pike Place Market: Inquiry Form
The purpose of the Pike Place Market (PPM) Artisan & Prepared Foods Program is to incubate small business producers while driving business to Washington State farms, create public awareness of local food, and foster connections between our farmers, processors, and the general public.
Please note that this Interest Form is NOT an application to sell - this is for you to submit an initial statement of interest in our Artisan & Prepared Foods Program. If we find that you meet the criteria and needs of the marketplace, and we will reach out for more information including a sampling of goods and an application.
In order to qualify, any potential prepared food vendor(s) must:
- Have a seasonal (rotating) menu which sources the majority of distinctive ingredients (ex. fruit, berries, vegetables, and/or proteins that constitute the primary flavor of the final product) from Washington Farmers.

Preference will be given to vendors sourcing the most ingredients from Washington farms. *Farmers who are selling prepared foods made with their own products will receive automatic priority.
