Docent Programme Application (2019)
Docents are volunteers based at Discovery Stations located at our four parks – Jurong Bird Park, River Safari, Night Safari and Singapore Zoo. As a Docent, you help to promote interest in wildlife among visitors and to inspire them to care for nature using interpretives, games, props and preserved animal specimen.

Things to Note:
- Registration fee of S$150
- 21 years and above
- Applicants will go through a group interview

Compulsory training sessions:
Common Phase Training Sessions - 3 Saturdays in April 2019 (TBC)
Station Based Training Sessions - May & June 2019 (2-6 hours per session)

Upon graduation from your Station Based Training, you will need to commit a minimum of 12 volunteering sessions (preferably 1 per month, 2 hours per session) within 1 year.
