Hi COGSers! Please fill out this form with your desired merch items AND sign up for a time to pick up your merch from the COGS Lounge in the Iona building!

P.S. Hoodie sizes are converted to Canadian sizes -- slightly smaller than true to fit.

Quantities are not guaranteed -- placing an order through this form does not guarantee available stock! (We will do our best to update stock quantities + mark out of stock items)
