The Sugar Loaf Arts Collective is excited to announce auditions for our upcoming professional production of Annie! We are seeking talented performers ages 7-18 who love to sing, dance, and perform on stage. This production will feature a combination of professional adult performers and youth performers from throughout the region.
AUDITION DATES
Student Auditions - Sunday, August 9th 12-5PM - Forge Studios
12-2:30 ages 15-18
2:30-5:00 ages 7-15
Adult Auditions -Sunday, August 23 - 12-5PM Forge Studios (More Information Coming Soon)

Performances will be December 18, 19, and 20 at The Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center. Student rehearsals will be Sunday afternoon and Monday evenings beginning on or about Sunday October 25th, with daily rehearsals starting on or about December 7
STUDENT CASTING OPPORTUNITIES
Orphans - Ages 7–14
Suggested Height Range: Approximately 4'0"–5'2"
We are seeking a diverse group of energetic young performers to portray the beloved orphans of Miss Hannigan's Orphanage.
Ensemble & Featured Student Roles Ages 12 & Up
Suggested Height Range: 5'3" and taller
Students auditioning for featured ensemble opportunities should be strong singers, actors, and movers.
WHAT TO PREPARE
All auditioning performers should be prepared to:
• Sing a 32 bar/1 minute musical theater selection.
An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a copy of your sheet music for our accompanist.
Students should be prepared for a brief dance combination and should be in appropriate clothing and shoes for dance. Students may also be asked to read from the script, which will be provided.
STUDENT PRODUCTION FEE
A $475 Production Fee will be assessed for all student performers cast in the production.
The fee includes:
• Production T-Shirt
• Rehearsal Materials & Music
• Costume Rentals and Cleaning
• Rehearsal Time with Production Staff
Additional details regarding rehearsal schedules and production expectations will be provided at auditions.
