Electricity and water may be available to some vendors, but is not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for providing any tables, chairs, displays, cables, equipment, or tents/coverings necessary to run their booth.
Vendor agrees that Prairie Moon Farm and its employees, volunteers, or animals shall not be liable for any loss, theft, personal injury, property damage, or other liability arising from the Events. No refunds will be given for any reason including vendors not setting up for the events chosen, or weather.
Prairie Moon Farm is permitted to take photographs/video of booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertising or promotional purposes. Vendors may take photos of their own booth but must obtain permission to photograph another vendor’s booth.
Prairie Moon Farm will not guarantee you are the sole vendor of a product. No vendor is guaranteed exclusivity; written, implied, or verbally. Refunds will not be issued based on lack of exclusivity.
No live animals may be sold or given away as prizes without first obtaining permission from Prairie Moon farm.
No weapons may be displayed unless enclosed in a locked case or cabinet. Any weapons sold must be in a sealed container. No indecent, offensive, or political items may be displayed, sold or given away as prizes, as determined by Prairie Moon Farm. Prairie Moon Farm will enforce all applicable Federal and State laws or County ordinances.
Vendors will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the county or state.
Prairie Moon Farm reserves the right to accept or reject any agreements, applications and/or contracts.
Full payment and completed Vendor contract form must be received and approved by Prairie Moon Farm before a vendor is considered registered, and before space will be assigned.

In consideration for receiving permission to participate in any Prairie Moon Farm Market event(s), the Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Prairie Moon Farm, including John Karban, Miranda Karban, its agents, volunteers, officers, and animals from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising from or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Vendor, or any of the property belonging to the Vendor whether caused by the negligence of the Vendor/Releaser, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with the Prairie Moon Farm Market event(s) and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise.

I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Moon Farm, including John
Karban, Miranda Karban, its agents, volunteers, officers, and animals from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to any losses sustained by Prairie Moon Farm for any court judgments arising from my participation in any Prairie Moon Farm Market event(s). I understand that the Prairie Moon Farm does not provide any insurance coverage for vendor participants for any circumstances arising from their participation in this/these event(s) or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, I am aware that I should review my own insurance portfolio.
