Please fill out the form below to be considered for a Kline Kennels puppy. This form will help insure that you & your family with get the puppy that best suites your needs & wants. Our reservation list is maintained in order of the received applications AND the non-refundable reservation fee of $250. Your reservation fee of $250 goes towards the total investment of your new furry friend. Puppies will go home microchipped, up to date on vaccinations & dewormings, examined by our licensed veterinarian, the start of potty & crate training. Puppies are raised the BAB way, they are handled and loved on daily. They are raised in our home with other dogs and children. We offer lifetime breeder support. We strive to help raise empowered, confident, secure, well mannered puppies for amazing families! If you have any other questions please reach out!
