This private 1:1 mentorship is designed for visionary, goal and growth-driven women who are ready to move beyond cycles of overflow highs followed by collapse and survival lows. 

It meets you in the season you are in - whether you are integrating, refining your identity, building capacity, expanding visibility, stepping into leadership, crossing a threshold or stabilizing growth.

Many women who enter this space have tasted expansion.
They are capable, driven and self-aware.
Yet they have not yet built the steady baseline required to sustain their expansion long term.

They experience cycles of survival and sovereignty. 
High highs and low lows.

This work is about regulating expansion so it becomes embodied, consistent and sovereign.
