Guidelines in using the REIA: Stakeholder use of the tool is a minimum of 2-5 people. The group using the tool must be balanced in order to engage multiple perspectives by race, gender/non-binary, years of experience in education. Stakeholders must complete this rubric as individuals in measuring the racial equity impact first without collaboration. Once completed as individuals, the group reconvenes and each participant presents their REIA rubric score and their explanation to each question’s score. Score the (Program, Policy, Protocol, Process, Curriculum etc.) as a group and majority vote on scoring. *
