2019 Sycamore 5-12 Summer School Transportation Request Form
Transportation is available for Summer School to and from selected sites. Student pick up and return will occur at designated locations. Students who need transportation to Summer School must complete and submit this form. Transportation is NOT available for the "JH Launch" or "Greene 101" programs. It may take up to 3 days to arrange transportation, so please plan accordingly. If there is a change in classes, a new form must be completed and returned and may result in a delay in transportation. This year the 5-12 Summer School and JH Launch will be held at the Sycamore Junior High School. Transportation for High School summer school students is only available June 10 - July 3.
