By signing up for the participation, I agree that: *

The event requires full participation, in case of absence of more than 10% of the programme travel costs will not be reimbursed

The project is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Youth programme and covers accommodation, meals and training materials

Travel costs will be covered according to the rules of Erasmus+ programme and distance calculations

There is 50 Eur participations fee to cover the informal programme elements, online mentorship activities, and other arising costs which are not part of the project funded programme.

Travel and health insurance valid in Estonia that covers all the days of the PBA is essential

Organisers intend to take photographs and video of this event for use in promotional material, in print, electronic and other media.

Code of conduct policy and liability form will be required to be signed prior the arrival
