RSVP for the ASLO iMicrobe Workshop

Microbial ecology is quickly changing into a data intensive science. To enable scientists to explore large-scale microbial datasets, the iMicrobe Project (www.imicrobe.us) leverages the iPlant Cyberinfrastructure (www.iplantcollaborative.org) for data management & sharing, tool development, and computation. This workshop provides training in using iPlant data, platforms, bioinformatics tools, and services for microbial ecology built by the iMicrobe Project that are freely available to the community.

Workshop: iMicrobe: A Cyberinfrastructure to Support Research in Microbial Ecology
When: Tuesday February 24th: 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Where: ASLO Aquatic Sciences Meeting, Machado (Floor-2)
