-We promise to keep our campers safe by employing well-suited, responsible adults and counselors. Every person employed to work NZ Camp MUST be safe environment certified. This means every person working will have to go through a background check and will have to be approved by the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. I have also saved a copy of the rules, regulations, and procedures camp staff members and counselors must abide by in case any parent would like to read through them to see what kind of counselors and staff members we will be employing this summer.
-Drop off is between 7:15 and 8:00 AM - On some field trip days, we will have to leave promptly at 8:00-8:15 AM; so we ask that campers come no later than 8:00 AM!
-Pick up is between 4:00 - 4:30 (pick up after 4:30 is considered after care which we do provide and is an extra $2 per day)
-Before and After care is provided: this is an extra $2 per child per day or $10 per child per week - this is before and after care together. If you are looking at just doing after care or just before care, note that it is the same price! Before care will start at 7:00AM and after care is between 4:30 - 5:30 PM.
- At this point in time, we do not accept drop ins.
-PLEASE NOTE: Any person that is coming to pick up a camper must have a VALID I.D. and must sign out their camper before we can allow our camper to leave. We ask that you give us the names and information of everyone you are allowing to pick up your camper. We also have a section on our registration that asks for names of people you are NOT allowing to pick up your child. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US AS YOUR CHILD'S WELLBEING IS IN OUR HANDS AND IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.
-Late Registration is between May 1, 2019 or until all spots are filled.
-Our summer program is 10 weeks. At the time of registration, there is an 8 out of 10 week deposit required in addition to the registration fee. You can also place a deposit for the 10 weeks. The deposit is to hold your child's spot. Registration fee and deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
The registration fee is as follows:One child: $40 Two children: $55Three children: $70
Upon registration, a deposit of at least 8 weeks out of our 10 week program is due. The deposit is as follows:One child: $20 per week -This equals to $160 for the 8 weeks or you may pay for the full 10 weeks at $200Two children: $30 per week -This equals to $240 for the 8 weeks or you may pay for the full 10 weeks at $300Three children: $40 per week -This equals to $320 for the 8 weeks or you may pay for the full 10 weeks at $400
To figure out your total for registration, add together the deposit for 8 or 10 weeks and the registration fee.
Camp fee is the amount you pay per week. Camp fees are as follows: EARLY BIRDOne child: $120 per week -The camp fee is $100 per week for the weeks you paid a deposit. Two children: $195 per week -The camp fee is $165 per week for the weeks you paid a deposit.Three children: $255 per week -The camp fee is $215 per week for the weeks you paid a deposit. LATE REGISTRATIONOne child: $135 per week -The camp fee is $115 per week for the weeks you paid a deposit. Two children: $210 per week -The camp fee is $180 per week for the weeks you paid a deposit.Three children: $270 per week -The camp fee is $230 per week for the weeks you paid a deposit.
