1. Food & Allergy Risk: By participating in this event and consuming any food or beverages, I acknowledge that Sponsors of the Future does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food may contain or contact common allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish). I voluntarily assume all risks of food consumption, including allergic reactions, and release Sponsors of the Future from any related claims.

2. Activity Participation: I understand that participating in event activities involves inherent risks of physical injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in any and all event activities. I release, waive, and hold harmless Sponsors of the Future, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, illness, or damage.

3. Photo & Video Release: I hereby grant Sponsors of the Future royalty-free, perpetual permission to capture, photograph, video, and record my image, likeness, voice, and actions during the event. I agree that these materials may be used for any legitimate purpose, including promotional, marketing, and educational content in print or digital media, without further approval or compensation.
