a. Phone calls can only be made from 12 pm to 6 pm Monday – Friday
(depends on SDO availability)
b. All interviews will be done via telephone

3) Prepare a copy of the necessary documents to be
submitted -
a. NRIC/BC of each household member
b. Updated Bank Book (OCBC Saving Acct /POSB Saving Acct)
c. Current Pay Slip of each household member
d. Latest CPF Statement (Previous year - Current month) of each adult family member
e. Financial Assistance Approval Letter from other agencies
f. Other bills and supporting documents

4) Submit documents via:
a. Post (include the address of mosque and attention to SDO)
b. Email
c. Drop off at Social Development Mosque
i. Only if you are feeling well
ii. Only by appointment

5) Once submitted this online form, please wait for the SDO to reach out to you for more details. The application/review process will take at least 16 weeks (est). The outcome of the application/review will be notified by post.
