Event Summary:* Date: Friday, October 13th* Time: All volunteers arrive by 8:15am (Please register at the front office and proceed to the gym). Kindergarten thru 3rd Grade will start at 8:45-10:00am (1 lap for Kindergarten, 2 laps for 1st - 3rd grade). 4th Grade thru 8th Grade will begin at 10:15-11:30am (3 laps).
Fundraising Goal: Minimum $20.00 per St. John Brebeuf student* Incentives: - $20 minimum: Complimentary Pizza Party in November. Note that regular lunch will not be served, therefore, a student must bring their own lunch if they did not raise the minimum pledge amount. - $75 or more: Prize of SJB Walkathon T-Shirt for each student who raises $75.00 or more. They will receive it on the day of the pizza party. - $100 or more: Prize of “Open Gym” night party (date TBD) for all students that pledge $100 or more. - $125 or more: Prize of SJB Hooded Sweatshirt for each student who raises $125 or more. A student will only receive the sweatshirt and not the t-shirt from the $75 level. - Top Two Pledges: Prize of $50 gift card each on the day of the pizza party for the top two (2) students who raised the most money. They will also be recognized on our LED sign the entire month of November.
Pledge Tracking and Collection:The package of filled out Pledge Tracker form and all of the money are due on the day of the event (Friday, October 13th). Students are to submit the pledge package to their teacher. A representative from the SJB Athletic Board will collect all of the packages from all of the teachers.
