  • Fundamentals of constraint-based modeling of metabolic networks
  • Introduction to CellNetAnalyzer and CNApy
  • Metabolic flux (balance) analysis
  • Flux Variability analysis
  • Metabolic pathway analysis
  • Live demos and hands-on exercises with CNA and CNApy: the participants will practice the use of CNA and/or CNApy using small examples and realistic metabolic models.
  • Q&A session based on your questions
