With our sincere thanks to Warden Rossiter, Assistant Warden Tosi and TRF Program Manager, John Evans for making these VIP Visit days possible, it is a pleasure to extend this invite to a select group of very special guests to visit the TRF Second Chances Program at Lowell Correctional Institution.

Each private visit must be arranged in advance through the TRF. We ask all visitors to abide by all stated policies regarding safety, security and COVID-19 protocols while at the horse farm at Lowell

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your RSVP is not a confirmation. Each guest will be informed once security clearance is complete. The TRF will send an email to confirm your visit along with the farm address and all requirements (health & safety) expected of each guest.
