Membership Class RSVP
WHEN: February 23rd at 12:30pm
WHERE: Location will be provided at time of registration
WHAT: On we are having a class for anyone interested in becoming a member of True Life. We believe our life with Jesus is about so much more than Sundays. Membership at True Life is all about becoming an invested part of the family. We love having people check things out, explore Jesus, and take time to get to know us. We also like to help people take the next step from just coming to a church community to really investing in it. During our class, we’ll explain more about this and would love for anyone interested to come learn more.
STEPS TO BECOMING A MEMBER
To become a "member" of a local church is a tangible way of demonstrating that you are a "member" of the household of God (Eph 2:19), a "member" of the body of Christ (1 Cor 12:27) and partner in the gospel (Phil 1:5) by faith in the person and work of Jesus. If you’re still peeking over the proverbial fence of Christianity, we love you, but let’s wait.
#2 MEMBERSHIP CLASS
A significant aspect of our membership process is walking through our True Life Member Class that merges essential Christian doctrine with important elements of True Life’s vision.
To help guide you through the process we’ve built-out a form and covenant that can be completed online once you have completed the class. After completing the Foundations class, you can start that process anytime.
The last step of the process will include a meeting with a pastor or other church leader. We want to take some time to get to know you more, discuss membership, and answer any questions you may have
*Are you married?
If you are both part of True Life and want to pursue membership, we would like for you to do it together. Though you are joining as individuals, you are also entering into membership as a couple. Once you have both completed the membership application, your interviews will be scheduled together.
Additionally, in order to account for all of our members, it is important that husbands and wives complete the member process individually.
