This is the Ticket Purchase Form for the event: 18th annual Southern Forests and Valleys Wine Show.

Friday 16th September 2022
Pre-Dinner Wine Tasting: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Trophy Presentation Dinner: 7:15pm – late
Location: Tall Timbers Brewing Co

Tickets are $140.00 per person.
Tables are set to seat 10 people.
The dinner will consist of a meal with wine included in the ticket cost.
It's suggested to book on behalf of all of those in your party, up to 10, otherwise seating placement will be arranged by the coordinator.
Tickets will be issued so please pay early to avoid disappointment.
