The Quantum Ripple Effect is dedicated to it’s mission of providing a safe and supportive container for women of color, sexualities, religious identities, abilities, size, income status, and ages. We know there is a lack of this in the coaching industry + we are dedicated to taking steps every day to provide opportunities and we are committed to our own unlearning, dismantling systems of oppression, + bringing this lens to the coaching industry.

QRE has invested in the fields of Diversity & Inclusion and is actively taking steps to commit to the future. We also work to decolonize the work and honor the lineage.

Creating your own reality is not easy especially when white privilege, socio-economic differences, capitalism, and other biases exist. We believe deeply in the ripple effect to do better and to commit to this for the long-game. We know there’s deepening of the work to do inside of our programs, while we may not always get it right, we will repair when harm has been caused to the best that we can.

For our January 2024 Class We are honored to offer 3 partial scholarships for those who are needing additional financial support due to their lived experience. Please review the information below, set aside approximately ~20-40 minutes for application.
