This form is for everyone to have the opportunity to contact QUK anonymously, and to provide an alternative to emailing. Responses will be recieved by the Secretary and shared with relevant members of the EMT as necessary.

Examples of feedback

I am going to x University in 2025 and would like some advice on setting up a team here.
I attended BQC for the university games on 23rd March 2023. I played in the Red vs Blue game and felt that the Head Ref was unfairly biased towards Red. I found out after the game that the ref is dating a player on Red, and feel that this should not have been allowed.
I worked with a volunteer on x project and would like to express my appreciation for their hard work and make sure they are recognised.
I'm potentially interested in volunteering as a Media Officer but want to know more about what is involved, can someone please email me.
I think it would be great to have a positive corner of the community to share life updates, chat about games and have some useful discussions.

FORMAL COMPLAINTS

SERIOUS COMPLAINTS

If you have a serious complaint, especially a harrassment issue, please contact Volunteers directly or leave your email in this form. If it is submitted anonymously we are unable to take the issue forward and provide an appropriate resolution. All issues will be dealt with sensitively and measures can be put in place to make your experience more comfortable for example nominating a chaperone for meetings.
