Keynote speech “Why circular and fair?”, Pauline Göthberg, National Secretariat for Sustainable Public Procurement Stockholm
9:45 – 10:45
BASELINE: representatives from buyers, suppliers, Electronics Watch and TCO will present current possibilities for the procurement of fair, circular smartphones, and the challenges which remain.
11:00 – 11:15
FUTURE VISION: joint Nordic vision of fair and circular smartphones will be presented to market.
11:15 – 12:30
BACKCASTING: facilitated breakout sessions with mixed groups of stakeholders to brainstorm solutions which will take us from the current situation to the desired future vision.
12:30 – 13:00
SUMMING-UP: results from the brainstorm will be shared, and buyers will reflect on results.
14:00 – 16.00
ONE- ON- ONE Meetings with buyers group:  *15 minute slots available on application for suppliers/resellers only*

Please indicate whether you would like to talk to a specific city during One-to-one Sessions. Participating cities are Malmö, Olso, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Aalborg. This session will run from 2-4 pm.
Participation in short presentation section
There will be time for suppliers / resellers of smartphones to present their perspective on the current state-of-play. This is an opportunity to present OPPORTUNITIES and CHALLENGES to achieving fair, circular smartphones. These presentations are not a pitch, but will inform the following discussion on how to jointly achieve fair, circular smartphones. Closer to the date, we will get in touch to organise the details with those who have registered their interest in presenting. Therefore please indicate if you would be interested to participate in this section.
