Issue of Concern

The Faculty Welfare Committee (FWC) has a broad charge that includes serving as a source of information and advice to faculty members; recommending action to the faculty and college administration to modify policies and practices when it finds modification desirable; providing informal mediation of a question or issue on the request of a faculty member or of the President of the College; and working to resolve grievances brought forward by faculty members.

The purpose of this form is to provide faculty with a structured means to raise issues or concerns with the FWC. This form requests specific information with the intention that the Committee will be able to address incoming concerns as expeditiously as possible.
