Each vendor space comes with one table, 2 chairs and 2 admissions unless otherwise stated.

All exhibitor and creator tables are located indoors. 

Sharing a vendor space is allowed. 

Additional vendor passes can be purchased at a discounted price of $10/both days or $5/one day (max. 10 passes per space) at vendor check-in during the setup (Friday, July 25th, 2025 and Saturday, July 26th, 2025).

Promotional materials must be received not later than June 20th, 2025, to be used for the 2025 show announcements.

Meadowlark Comic Con Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
IMPORTANT: Filling out this form doesn't place hold on tables and booths. Full payment is required to reserve your space.
 
Exhibitor/Creator registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Meadowlark Comic Con reserves the right to limit the amount of certain type of vendors.

Payment is due within 30 days after filling our this application. In case of no payment, after 30 days all applications will be cancelled.

Exhibitors/Creators wishing to cancel their Meadowlark Comic Con table(s) must inform Meadowlark Comic Con in writing no less than 30 days prior to the event.

Those cancelling their table/booth for the upcoming show receive a credit to use at the next Meadowlark Comic Con or any other event produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment, or can transfer their table/booth to another vendor. In case of no show on the day of the event no credit and/or transfer will be offered.

In case the event is postpone due the the circumstances outside of the organizer control, including but not limited to: government regulations, natural disasters, decease outbreak, pandemic, acts of God, the vendor will be issued a credit to use at the next Meadowlark Comic Con show or any other event produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment, and no refund will be provided.

Selling of AI-GENERATED ART, BOOTLEG PRODUCT, or STOLEN PRODUCT is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the show and banned from all events produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment.
